My signature offering is the Clarity Plan, a complete overview of your current, near future and far future financial situation with support along the way.

My practice is first and foremost advice-only, so my motivations are strictly to provide you with the best information possible. I don’t have any financial incentives to recommend a certain product or strategy.
Alternatively, you may be able to get financial planning from your bank or a wealth management firm, however they earn income on the products they sell you or based on a percentage of your assets that they manage, therefore they may be biased to recommend strategies that also benefit themselves or their firm. Unfortunately, they only have an obligation to recommend something suitable for you, not necessarily what’s in your absolute best interest.
And also, I’d bet their plan isn’t as holistic, complete and clear as what I can do for you.

Yes and no. In BC, the title of financial planner is not regulated and the services I provide do align with what a financial planner does, so I technically could call myself a financial planner. However, until I obtain the Qualified Associated Financial Planner™ (QAFP) certification, I’m using the title Personal Finance Consultant, out of respect for the profession and integrity of the industry.
